The Process

Initial Meeting

Discussing your objective and your overall message is a big part of creating a successful video. It’s the time we take to get to know who you are and what you’re trying to achieve. This is also a good opportunity to look at what options are available and what style of video will be most suitable.

The Plan

After establishing your goal, we can then put together a plan of action. We will work together to write a script that communicates your message effectively. We will look at locations and where the most suitable place is for your style of video. We will discuss what and who needs to be available on the day and if any interviews will take place. All of this information will then be put into a shot list or storyboard so that it can be clearly communicated to all parties.

Day of the Shoot

If all of the preparation has been done before hand, the day of filming should run smoothly. Members of the filming crew will arrive early to be able to set up necessary lighting and audio equipment.

Post-Production

After the filming has taken place, the footage will then be put together to create the first draft of your final video. The editing process is where the footage all comes together to create that memorable story. This can be reviewed by the necessary parties and is a chance to make any necessary adjustments.
